Theo leads planning and research within the Urban Design Group. Having studied human geography at Le Mans University and urban regeneration at the Bartlett School of Planning, he joined Foster + Partners in 2010 to focus on masterplans and city-scale projects. Theo works with a team of town planners, economists, social scientists, and urban researchers. Based in Sydney, he is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia.
