Inspired by an interest in technology and how things work, along with the art of craftmanship, Russell ’s architectural education has been influenced by the engineering of the Hi-Tech movement and a love of 3D design. Since joining Foster + Partners in 1996 he has been involved in several major projects that range in scale from the interiors of the Panthalassa Yacht to the McLaren Technology Centre. He is currently building the landmark Comcast Technology Center and Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia.
