Perry is a partner based in Hong Kong, where he oversees several mixed-use developments in the region. Having graduated from the University of Hong Kong, he joined the practice in 2006 to work on a large-scale residential development - Belair no 8 in the city. He relocated to London office in 2008, working on Haramain High-speed Railway in Saudi Arabia. Since moving back, he recently took charge of the Ocean Terminal Extension in Hong Kong and a luxury residential tower in Manila.
