Dimitra studied Architecture Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Design from the University of East London. After graduating, she served as a sustainability researcher for Place Research Lab, London, collaborating with the US Green Building Council to explore the application of sustainability rating systems in urban design. She then joined Carillion Plc. as a sustainability consultant, contributing to the construction of the Media Hub for the London 2004 Olympic Park. Since joining Foster + Partners in 2011, Dimitra has been working alongside the architectural teams supporting them in developing, integrating, and ultimately implementing environmental design principles and sustainability strategies into the projects. Dimitra has worked on high-profile large-scale masterplans and buildings, such as the Ellinikon Masterplan, Athens and the Al Sa’ad Plaza Towers, Lusail.
