The Art of Architecture explores the designs of some of the world’s most spectacular buildings and the inspiration behind them. The series launched with Lord Foster discussing Narbo Via, the museum of Roman antiquities in Narbonne, with Head of Design, Spencer de Grey and Architect, Hugh Stewart.
Throughout the series viewers have travelled from Narbonne to Nova Scotia, Cambridge to Berlin and finally, for the series finale, they will visit Foster + Partners’ Dolunay Villa in Turkey.
Situated along the coast of the Aegean Sea in Turkey’s southwestern province of Muğla, Dolunay Villa has been carefully sited amid the natural rugged setting, prioritising the spectacular sea views.
